These terms cover the use of this website. The work itself is covered by the written estimate you approve for your job, not by this page.

Who these terms are from
This site is published by Step by Step Pavers, the trading name of J&L Viana General Services LLC, based in New Port Richey, Florida. Reading the site means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, close the tab and call us instead.
Using the site
Read it, send the links to anyone you like, and use what is here to decide whether to ask us for an estimate. What you may not do is lift the pages onto another site, run automated tools over it, or interfere with how it works for other people.
What the pages are
The descriptions of our work are general. Every property sits differently, the base under a driveway in Spring Hill is not the base in St. Petersburg, and the material that suits one pool deck will not suit the next. Nothing on this site is a price, an offer or advice about your particular property. The site names no figure and it is not meant to be read as one.
An estimate request is not a contract
Sending the form or leaving a voicemail asks us to come out and look. It does not book a date, it does not order materials, and it does not commit either side to anything. The work starts from the written estimate for your job, and nothing begins on your property until you have approved it. Until you approve it, either of us can walk away with nothing owed.
The photographs
Every photograph on this site is a job we did in the Tampa Bay area, published without a face, a house number or a plate in the frame. The pictures are ours and they stay ours. Do not copy them, repost them or put them in your own advertising without our written permission.
Links that leave this site
The footer links to our Facebook page and our Instagram account. Those are run by other companies under their own rules, and we do not control what appears on them or what they record. Follow a link off this site and you are on somebody else's terms.
The site as it stands
We put these pages together carefully and we correct what we find, but we do not promise the site is free of mistakes or that it is reachable at every hour. Content changes as the work changes. If something on the site matters to a decision you are about to make, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.
What this page limits
To the extent Florida law allows it, we are not answerable for loss that follows from using this site, from relying on something on it that has since changed, or from the site being unavailable. That paragraph is about the website only. Work we actually carry out on your property is governed by the estimate you approved for that job.
Governing law
These terms are read under the law of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them belongs in the Florida courts.
Changes to this page
We can revise these terms. When we do, the date at the top moves and the new version applies from then. There is no separate notice, so check the date.
