FAQ
Questions people ask before we come out
Eight of them, the ones that come up on the phone most often. Anything that is not here we would rather answer out loud than guess at in writing.
01 The work
What we install and what we stay out of
The pool question is the one we get first, so it goes first. The short version is that we do everything you can walk on and nothing you can swim in.
Do you work around an existing pool?
Yes, on the deck and the coping. We set the paving, the coping and the step runs around a pool that is already there. We do not do work inside the pool.
What kinds of paver do you install?
Large-format limestone and stone paving, and standard concrete pavers in a multi-tone blend. Both are on this site in finished photographs, and we talk the material through with you when we come out to measure.
Do you also do concrete, not just pavers?
Yes. We pour and finish concrete as well as setting pavers, including slabs, sidewalks and flatwork.
Can you seal or clean pavers we already have?
Yes. We pressure wash and seal paving that is already down, including work we did not lay ourselves.
02 Working with us
Estimates, the area we cover and language
Four more, on the practical side of a first call. The counties are on the service area page and the things that move a price are on the pricing page.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come out, measure the area and put the estimate in writing. There is no charge for it.
What areas do you cover?
The Tampa Bay area, out of New Port Richey. That covers Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando and Manatee counties, from Spring Hill in the north down to Bradenton, and across the bay to Tampa.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and the answer comes back in the language you opened in.
How do I get started?
Send the form or call. We come out, measure the space and talk through the material, then the estimate comes to you in writing.
Something we did not answer
Call and ask, or send the form with your city and the job. We will tell you what we can do and say plainly where we stop.
