Pressure washing and sealing
Pressure washing and sealing in the Tampa Bay area
We clean paving that is already down and seal it afterwards. Driveways, pool decks, patios and walkways, which are the same surfaces we lay new.
01 What the job involves
The wash, then the sealer
This is the one thing on our list that does not start with a trench. The paving is already there, it has been there a while, and the job is to take it back to the colour it came in and then put something over the top of it.
- The wash comes first. Pressure washing the paving back to the stone or the concrete underneath whatever has settled on it.
- The sealer goes on after. Once the surface is clean and dry, not before, and not on the same pass.
- Paving we laid, and paving we did not. You do not need to have bought the patio from us. If it is down and it is dirty, we will look at it.
- Quoted by the area. Put the square footage in the form if you know it. If you do not, leave it blank and we measure it when we come out.
02 What is on file
The picture this page is missing
A driveway half washed, with the line down the middle between the clean half and the dirty half, is the most convincing photograph a paver contractor can own. It argues better than any paragraph on this page. We do not have one, and rather than borrow somebody else's we would sooner tell you that outright.
What we can show you is the paving. The stone deck, the coping, the front walkways and the patio on the project pages are all our own work, and they are the surfaces this service is meant to keep looking that way. The links beside this go to the frames we do have.

03 How the work runs
Four steps from your call to the wash
These four are the whole of it. We are not going to promise you anything past them.
-
1
You get in touch
Send the form or call. Tell us the city and what the surface is.
-
2
We come out
We measure the area on site and look at what is actually on the paving.
-
3
You get it in writing
The estimate comes to you written down, and it costs you nothing.
-
4
We schedule and start
Once you approve the estimate, we put the job on the calendar and start.
04 Questions
Two things people ask before booking a wash
Can you clean and seal pavers we already have?
Yes. That is what this service is for, and it makes no difference to us who laid them or how long ago.
What areas do you cover for washing and sealing?
The same area as the rest of our work. We are based in New Port Richey and go into Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee and Hernando counties.
