Step by Step Pavers, out of New Port Richey
We lay pavers, stone and concrete across the Tampa Bay area. This page is the short version of who we are, and the photographs under it are the long one.
01 The company
Who you are calling
A short list, because we would rather leave a gap on this page than fill it with something we cannot show you.
- Step by Step Pavers. The trading name of J&L Viana General Services LLC. Both names belong to the same paver, stone and concrete business.
- Based in New Port Richey, Florida. The north end of the bay. Every job we take runs out from there.
- The whole Tampa Bay area. Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Hernando and Manatee counties, from Spring Hill in the north to Bradenton in the south.
- English and Spanish. Write or call in either one and the answer comes back in the same language.
- Estimates cost nothing. We drive out, measure the real area and write the price down. Nobody is committed to anything at that point.
- Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The form on this site takes a request at any hour.
02 How it runs
From the first call to the first day on site
Four steps, and we stop there. Anything past them depends on the yard, the material and the week, so we will tell you on site rather than on a web page.

We measure on site and talk through the material with you.

You get it in writing
The estimate comes to you written down, with the area and the material on it.

We schedule and start
Once you approve the estimate, we put the job on the calendar and start.
03 The work
The photographs are the record
Every picture on this site came off one of our own jobs, taken on site while the work was happening. Where part of a job was not ours, like the pool itself on the limestone deck, the project page says so.
